Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

When we will help or refund

• You were charged but did not receive a download link.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A product is materially different from its description.

How to ask

Use the contact form or email connect@balancedyou.in with your order reference and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After approval, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after the download link has been issued. If a payment fails or is not confirmed, you will not receive a file, and any amount debited is returned through your payment provider’s process.
