Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy explains how Balanced You (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on balancedyou.in.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, topic, optional order reference and your message.
  • Free worksheet and email signup: your email address and a record of your consent. Emails are sent through a third-party email service provider.
  • Purchases (once paid products are available): your email address, the product you bought, an order reference, payment status and download activity. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
  • Analytics and cookies: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. This uses cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic server logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to your messages, deliver files you have bought, send emails you have asked for, keep records required by law, protect the site and improve it. We send marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site: Hostinger (hosting), Google (analytics), our email service provider (email) and Razorpay (payments, once enabled). These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. Some may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Messages and signup details are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them. Order records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent for marketing emails, by writing to connect@balancedyou.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have rights under applicable Indian data protection law.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
