Products and prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). Products shown as “Proposed” are not yet available to buy, and their details and prices may change before launch. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Permitted use of downloadable products
When you purchase a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for yourself. You may print copies for your own use.
Not permitted
- Reselling, sharing, uploading or distributing the files, in whole or in part.
- Removing branding or claiming the work as your own.
- Using the site unlawfully or attempting to interfere with its security.
Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, a personal download link is sent to the email address you provided. Links are time-limited and allow a limited number of downloads, as described on each product page. Please keep your files safe once downloaded.
Intellectual property
All text, layouts, graphics and files on this site are owned by Balanced You or its licensors and are protected by copyright. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
Access and availability
We may update, change or withdraw content at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Balanced You is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
